Shipping Information

At Curvey, we prioritize timely and secure product delivery, utilizing a reliable network of couriers. Usually, it takes 3 to 5 days for delivery.
Free shipping is available on all Prepaid orders.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are determined by the product and destination. Details are provided during the checkout process.
Stay informed with timely notifications via text, email, or other channels, providing details about the delivery partner and tracking ID.
One of our team members will call you before sending the parcel. At that time, you can cancel the order.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery. Open packages only after payment.

Curvey accepts Master/Visa credit cards, major Debit Cards, and net banking. Specific payment options will be detailed during the checkout process.
In case of a payment failure, any debited amount will be automatically reversed by the respective bank within a specified timeframe.

Return & Exchange

Curvey allows returns within 7 days, only for exchange. Please contact us at Performance marketting for assistance.
For hygiene reasons, we regret to inform you that undergarments are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
